About the Role

We are a dynamic and growing construction contractor delivering high-quality Design & Build and Fit-Out projects across the commercial, residential, and leisure sectors. We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Oldham.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial delivery of multiple projects from pre-construction through to final account. You will work closely with the commercial and operational teams to ensure cost control, subcontractor management, and client satisfaction on a variety of schemes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full commercial lifecycle of Design & Build and Fit-Out projects

• Preparation of cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation

• Subcontractor procurement and contract administration

• Monthly valuations, variations, CVRs, and final accounts

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal project teams

• Ensure projects are delivered within budget and aligned to commercial targets

• Assist with risk management, value engineering, and commercial reporting

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveyor role

• Experience on Design & Build and/or Fit-Out projects is essential

• Strong understanding of JCT contracts

• Excellent cost management and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated with good organisational and communication abilities

• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management (or equivalent)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project cost software

• Full UK driving licence
