Strong Group Recruitment are working on behalf of our client who are looking for Domestic Electricians needed in the North East

Job Type: Permanent & Temporary Positions Available

Salary/Rates:

• Permanent: £40,000 per annum

• Temporary: £25 – £26 per hour

Hours: 39 hours per week
Start Time: Must be at the first job by 8:00 AM
Overtime: Available during weekdays and weekends

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and qualified Domestic Electrician to join our team. The role involves installation, reactive repairs, and fault-finding across various properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for covering multiple locations within Sunderland, Stockton-on-Tees, Darlington, and County Durham. Work may include tenanted properties, new builds, and refurbishments for insurance purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair in domestic settings.

• Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults efficiently.

• Attending multiple locations per day as required.

• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

• Working independently or as part of a team to complete jobs to a high standard.

Requirements:

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.

• 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification.

• Previous experience in domestic electrical work.

• Ability to travel between different job locations.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
