Strong Recruitment Group is currently seeking a skilled Finance Administrator for an exciting contract-to-permanent opportunity located in Central London. Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Management: Prepare and issue client invoices in a timely manner as required.
  • Accounts Payable: Process and manage payments for all incoming invoices.
  • Personal Assistance: Provide administrative support to the company director.
  • Purchase Orders: Send and create purchase orders for both the Projects team and the Director’s personal purchases.
  • Sub-Contractor Payment Applications: Review monthly sub-contractor payment applications, draft and issue payment certificates, and manage client valuations.
  • Project Site Support: Order materials for project sites as requested by Site Managers.
  • Project Finance Reporting: Prepare and issue bi-weekly project finance reports.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Conduct monthly bank reconciliations for all accounts.
  • Credit Control: Chase overdue and upcoming client accounts to ensure timely payments.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in finance administration or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Hourly Rate & Benefits:

  • £14.60 – £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Paid weekly every Friday
  • Opportunity for contract extension or permanent placement
