Gangers/ Working supervisors

Strong Group urgently require Gangers/Working Supervisors to start ASAP in Croydon on behalf of a client.

This is a long term position as they are looking to taking people on permanently after a short trial period.

The Role

The Ganger role will be varied as they cover a wide range of projects from Highways, Utilities, Drainage and Groundworks, so they are looking for an all rounder happy to fit in with works required

You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence.

• Must hold a full UK driving licence (HGV or Trailer BE preferred)
• SSSTS (preferred)
• NRSWA (preferred)
• CSCS or CPCS
• Competent in the use of mechanical Civils equipment
• Plant Operator Licence (preferred)
• Risk assessment and hazard identification and a strong focus on Health and Safety practices.
• Previous experience of all Civils works

Rate is £20 per hour plus van and fuel card
