Heating Engineer

Strong Recruitment Group are working on behalf of its client who are one of the UK’S leading boiler installation and servicing companies that offer a variety of heating works to customers.

We are currently looking for an experienced Heating Engineer needed across the UK & Wales

Roles & Responsibility:

• Perform regular maintenance and servicing of boilers to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
• Respond promptly to boiler breakdown calls, diagnose issues, and carry out necessary repairs to restore functionality.
• Install filters, radiators, and other components as required for heating system upgrades or replacements.
• Utilize provided tools and equipment, including a flue gas analyser, to assess and analyse gas emissions for safety and compliance.
• Have excellent timekeeping and customer service skills.
• Maintain accurate records of service and repair activities, including parts used and work performed.
• Provide excellent customer service, including explaining repair or maintenance procedures to clients and addressing their questions and concerns.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Be willing to work overtime when needed to meet customer demand, with additional compensation provided.

Candidate Specification:

• Heating engineers need to be Gas Safe
• CSCS
• Available for all outs
• Must have a full driving licence
• Must have ACS
• Must have own tools & PPE

A schedule of rates will be provided for both services and installs which will be discussed if interested in the role
