Junior AC Engineer

Strong Group Recruitment are working on behalf of it’s client who are looking for a Junior AC Engineer needed to work in Central London

This is a permanent contract direct with the client

Location: Central London (Travel paid to and from site)
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000k
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has recently qualified and is eager to gain hands-on experience in the industry. You will work alongside experienced engineers, assisting with the installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning systems across Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation, servicing, and repair of air conditioning and HVAC systems.

• Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks under supervision.

• Work on a variety of commercial and residential sites, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

• Maintain tools and equipment, keeping the work area clean and organized.

• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Recently qualified in Air Conditioning or HVAC engineering (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).

• Basic understanding of air conditioning systems and mechanical components.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn from experienced engineers.

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.

• A valid UK driving license is advantageous but not essential.
