Job Title: M&E Quantity Surveyor
Location: Kent (with travel across London & the South East)
Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Overview:
A well-established family-run Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Contractor is looking to appoint an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. The company delivers residential new build, refurbishment, district heating systems and energy centre projects across the South East.

The Role:
You’ll be responsible for managing all financial aspects of mechanical and electrical packages from pre-tender through to final account. This is a great opportunity to join a business that values quality work and a personal approach to service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full commercial management of multiple M&E projects

• Prepare and negotiate variations, valuations, and final accounts

• Forecasting, cost reporting, and budget control

• Subcontract procurement and management

• Site visits and regular project/client meetings

• Support project teams in delivering profitable and well-managed jobs

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor

• Strong understanding of building services (mechanical & electrical)

• Background in residential or energy-related projects preferred

• Solid commercial and contract knowledge

• Confident communicator and commercially driven
