Mechanical Site Manager

Strong Recruitment Group are acting on behalf of their client who are large building services and costuction specialists located in Hertfordshire.

They are currently recruiting for 1 X Mechanical Supervisor on a contract basis located in Oldham, Greater Manchester.

You will be required to work nights in a primary school – days and over time are available during half terms and summer holidays (contract from March to November)

Candidate Specification:

• Worked for large construction companies in the past
• Experience in Commercial buildings (particulary schools)
• SSSTS Required

Job Specification:

• Overseeing the works carried out by teams of mechanical engineers (Plumbers/Pipefitters)
• Running Reports
• Providing Permits and work reports
• Liasing with the School
• Ensuring all heath and safety regulations are carried out efficiently

The hourly rate on offer is between £24 – £26ph depending on skills and experience.
