Project Manager – Construction Fit-Out & Refurbishment

Location: Oldham
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 + Company Car + All Expenses Covered

About the Role

A reputable construction company specialising in fit-out and refurbishment projects is seeking a Project Manager to join its team based in Oldham. This role offers the opportunity to manage a variety of commercial projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of fit-out and refurbishment projects ranging from £250,000 to £2 million.

  • Lead project teams, including site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and risk plans.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.

  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Monitor quality control procedures and address any issues that arise.

  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience managing construction fit-out and/or refurbishment projects.

  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of construction contracts.

  • Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Full UK driving licence.

Package

  • Salary between £55,000 and £60,000 (depending on experience)
