On Target Earnings for sales consultant:

• Year 1 – £35k
• Year 2 – £65k
• Year 3 – £100K

Excellent OTE opportunity

A great opportunity for a Recruitment professional, with minimum 2 years Sales experience is required to work with an independent specialist recruitment company within our Civil Engineering Division. You will work independently, managing your own portfolio as well as work in a team. You will certainly not be micromanaged! your focus will be on achieving steady results.

Successful candidate will pick up a high-profile client base of over 30 clients, which will need to be maintained and developed further. You will build and enhance relationships with clients and candidates, to provide a superb recruitment service.

• Excellent client and candidate relationship building skills, you must be hungry to produce fast results.
• You must love sales want to make a difference to your clients and candidates
