Job Title: Revit MEP Coordinator
Location: Dartford (Hybrid – 2-3 days office/site-based)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (DOE)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role

We’re supporting a growing M&E consultancy based in Dartford who are looking to bring on an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator. This is a fantastic hybrid opportunity for someone who thrives in a technically demanding environment and wants to play a key role in the design and coordination of large-scale building services projects.

You’ll lead the MEP modelling and coordination efforts across multiple high-profile projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with BIM standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and coordination of MEP models using Revit

• Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks and other BIM tools

• Work closely with engineers, architects, and design teams to integrate services effectively

• Maintain internal BIM standards and protocols, ensuring best practices are followed

• Produce clear, accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings and documentation

• Attend project and design meetings, contributing to coordination and problem-solving discussions

• Support and mentor junior staff, providing training on tools and workflows

• Ensure compliance with BIM Level 2 standards, building regulations, and client specifications

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in MEP coordination with Revit on complex building services projects

• Strong knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection

• Understanding of BIM Level 2 processes, standards, and workflows

• Technical proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system design

• Confident communicator who works well across project teams

• Detail-oriented with a methodical approach to problem-solving

• Able to manage deadlines and produce high-quality deliverables under pressure
