Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 10-week office fit-out project in Northampton, starting on Monday, 3rd March. The role involves managing various construction activities, ensuring smooth collaboration among trades, and delivering the project on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and timelines.
• Manage subcontractors and construction workers across various trades.
• Monitor health and safety standards on-site, enforcing compliance with regulations.
• Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders and report progress.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues or delays promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in office fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
• First Aid certification.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

The date rate on offer for this role is £270.00 per day – paid weekly
