Site Manager

Strong Group Recruitment are working on behalf of our client who are looking for an experienced M&E Site Manager needed in Manchester

This is a contract position for 10-12 weeks

Start: Mid July
Days: 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)

The successful M&E Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations. Experience in hospital projects or similar environments is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the strip-out and re-installation phases of the project.

• Ensuring health & safety standards are strictly followed.

• Coordinating site activities, subcontractors, and materials.

• Maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

• Ensuring the project stays on schedule and within scope.

Candidate Specification:

• Site manager must have a valid SMSTS
• Site manager ideally have a valid CSCS
• Site manager but be reliable and punctual and be able to stay for the duration of the project

The day rate on offer for this role is £250.00 per day – paid weekly CIS
