The Role

A well-established building services contractor is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to manage electrical projects from design stage through to installation and final handover. The role is office-based and involves running multiple projects concurrently.

Individual project values range from £5k to £2.5m, with a combined maximum value of £4.5m.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects from inception to completion

• Oversee LV installations including containment, cabling, lighting, and power

• Plan and manage project programmes and budgets

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

• Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specs, and regulations

• Act as main point of contact for clients and stakeholders

• Manage variations, reporting, and project documentation

• Ensure health & safety compliance across all projects

Requirements

• Experience as an Electrical Project Manager within building services

• Background delivering electrical packages up to £2.5m

• Strong communication and client-facing skills

• Able to manage multiple projects at varying stages

• Office-based role – candidates must be Midlands based

• Full UK driving licence preferred

• Salary: £30,000 – £60,000 depending on experience
