Location: Central London & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 + benefits

Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of multiple façade projects across Greater London, typically valued between £1-£5 million.

You’ll oversee project performance, support Site Managers, and ensure that all works meet our standards for quality, safety, and client satisfaction. This role suits someone with strong leadership skills, technical expertise in recladding, and the ability to manage several live projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 3-5 façade projects from inception to completion.

• Support and mentor Site Managers to achieve programme, quality, and safety targets.

• Coordinate design, technical, and commercial activities.

• Oversee budgets, procurement, and subcontractor performance.

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure clear communication on progress and risks.

• Uphold all health, safety, and quality standards across sites.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in façade or recladding project management.

• Strong technical knowledge of façade systems and design coordination.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and commercial awareness.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Desirable: SMSTS / CSCS Black Card, relevant HNC/HND or degree.
