Overview:
A highly regarded, employee-owned electrical contractor seeks an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee residential projects across Kent and South East London. With a reputation built on quality and reliability, the company delivers outstanding projects valued up to £8 million and is committed to continuous professional development and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple residential electrical contracts from inception to completion.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Coordinate labour, resources, and procurement efficiently to maximise productivity and profitability.

• Oversee project financial management, including budgeting, cost control, valuations, and variations.

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors.

• Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations and electrical installation standards.

• Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the project team.

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record as an Electrical Contracts Manager within residential projects.

• Excellent understanding of electrical installations, standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Strong financial and commercial acumen with proven budget management experience.

• Exceptional organisational and communication skills.

• Full UK driving licence (Company car provided).
