The Opportunity

We’re working with a leading specialist façade contractor who are growing fast and picking up major projects across London and the South East.

They’re looking for a Facades Estimator to join their pre-construction team, working on a mix of EWI, recladding, refurbishment, and new build schemes.

If you’ve got experience pricing façade packages and want to be part of a business with a strong pipeline and clear progression – this is worth a chat.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing tenders, cost plans, and BOQs

• Taking off quantities from drawings and technical specs

• Pricing façade packages (cladding, EWI, recladding, etc.)

• Sourcing and negotiating subcontractor and supplier quotes

• Supporting bid submissions alongside senior estimators

• Liaising with design teams, architects, and consultants

• Raising RFIs and resolving technical queries

• Attending site visits to support accurate pricing

• Producing value engineering options and cost-saving solutions

• Identifying commercial risks within tenders

What They’re Looking For

• Experience in estimating or commercial support within construction

• Background in façades, cladding, or EWI projects

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness

• Confident working in a fast-paced tender environment

Nice to Have

• Experience on both main contractor and subcontract tenders

• Understanding of construction contracts and procurement

• Experience with estimating or pricing software
