Facades Compliance Manager

Strong Recruitment Group are currently looking for a Facades Compliance Manager, located in South East London and surrounding areas on a permanent basis.

Candidate Specification:

• To provide full site-based theory/practical technical support to the companies businesses across the basket of Rain screen and EWI facades systems.
• Maintain and develop the health and safety processes and policies with direct and indirect reports.
• Developing, Maintaining and implementing both method statements & risk assessments to cover direct reports activities.
• Management capabilities to manage a remote field-based team.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in the design/installation of rain screen facades is essential. With some knowledge external wall insulation, decorative renders preferred.
• Rain screen façade regulatory knowledge.
• The ability to apply the materials to a high standard.
• Report writing experience/knowledge.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Product knowledge
• Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own and reports work to meet service needs.
• Strong communication skills, being able to interface with customers at all levels.
• Strong rain screen façade knowledge, incl. but not limited to regulations, standards, design & installation.
• Smart appearance

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years rain screen façade experience preferably in a management role.
• HNC/HND in a construction related studies &/or Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Construction.
• CWCT
• Valid driving license

For this position the salary is completely negotiable depending on experience ranging from £40,000 plus. including benefits.
