Strong Recruitment Group are currently looking for a HR Manager located in South West London on a permanent basis.

My client is looking for someone who has an eye for detail with talent acquisitions and day to day HR legal tasks.

Candidate Specification:

  • Foster and maintain a positive workplace culture
  • Drive recruitment and HR strategies in our service-led operations and construction sectors.
  • Ideal but no beneficial to work with a Construction company previously.
  • Work closely with peninsula and keep all of our staffing records up to date or a CRM database.
  • Manage wellbeing initiatives and staff welfare.

The Successful HR Manager must have:

  • Previous construction or logistics experience
  • Minimum Level 3 CIPD
  • 7 Years experience in a recruitment role
  • 3+ Years experience in a HR role

You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Starting salary of £48,000 and after a successful 6 month probation it will increase to £53,000 per annum.
