Mechanical Project Manager

THE ROLE:

The role is varied and will involve the successful delivery of all types of Mechanical Building Services such as, but not limited to, heating and chilled water systems, DX AC systems, domestic water services, mechanical ventilation, and plant replacements.

We work alongside our in-house Electrical, Data and Fire/Security colleagues to deliver excellent designs and installations collaboratively and efficiently, matching our clients’ high expectations in the process, the majority of which return to us for repeat business.

Projects are predominantly located between Oxford and West London.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Key responsibilities of the Mechanical Project Manager will involve the management of project delivery from the initial client meeting through to handover/demonstrations, including liaison with the client/main contractor, submission of technical submittals, co-ordinated contract drawings and RFI’s, material/plant procurement, overall financial control of project budget and variation costing (alongside our in-house QS Department), sub-contractor management and management of all associated project Health & Safety.
