Location: Dartford, Kent (covering South East – Kent & Essex)
Salary: Up to £60,000 package (includes company van, fuel & tools)

The Role

An established and growing renewable heating contractor is looking to appoint a fully competent Renewable Heating Engineer to join its expanding team. The role is primarily focused on heat pump installations, with some service and maintenance work as required.

This is a hands-on position working on domestic properties across the South East, with long-term progression opportunities as the business continues to grow both on-site and within the office team.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation of heat pump systems (primarily air source)

• Carrying out associated service and maintenance works where required

• Working on domestic renewable heating projects

• Ensuring all works are completed to required technical, safety, and quality standards

• Diagnosing faults and resolving issues efficiently

• Liaising professionally with customers and internal teams

• Completing job reports and documentation accurately

• Supporting the growth of the renewable division as part of a developing team

Requirements

• Fully competent Renewable Heating Engineer

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing / Heating

• Gas qualification preferred

• Proven heat pump installation experience

• Minimum 3-4 years’ industry experience

• Strong domestic heating background

• Good understanding of health & safety regulations

• Full UK driving licence

• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday

• 8:00am – 5:00pm

• South East England

• Primarily Kent and Essex
