Site Manager

Strong recruitment Group are currently seeking a Residential new build Site Manager to join our Client on their sites in Croydon.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience new build and also conversion projects, specifically residential. You will be responsible for managing the daily site activities, the subcontractors and the delivery of each construction stage in time with the programme.

The role will allow you to have autonomy in your day to day work whilst still having secure backing from the Head Office and Senior Management. As a result, you must be an experienced, reliable, trustworthy Manager with a love for the property industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage on-going continuity of the site, ensuring client satisfaction targets are met and exceeded
• Holding daily team meetings and producing daily reports.
• Ensure full compliance, policies, procedures and service standards, and lead by example to team
• Handling complaints, and oversee the service recovery procedures
• Working closely with the subcontractors on site
• Taking ownership of team management including recruitment process, holiday planning, absence and regular appraisals.

Qualifications and Certificates

• SMSTS Qualification
• CSCS Card
• Health and Safety Cert
• IOSH and/or NEBOSH (preferred)
• First Aid

£50k salary + Car or car allowance plus other benefits
