St George’s House also known as the Nestle Tower was occupied by the Swiss multinational food and consumer goods company Nestle as of September 2012. This 79-metre (259 ft) office tower was the headquarters for Nestle UK & Ireland located in Croydon, London.

Nestle announced that they were going to move the headquarters of Nestle UK & Ireland to City Place Gatwick, this meant that all 840 employers working at St George’s House will be moved to Gatwick by the end of 2012. The Croydon council started the planning for changing this building of offices to housing and hired the architect firm EPR Architects for redevelopment.

In 2015 still no work has been done on this building, therefore property developer Minerva bought the tower for £10 million to embody a wider neighbourhood housing project. This is include a collection of 228 contemporary apartments, retail space and amenity areas.
