Everyone at strong group is passionate about the role they play within the company, everyone works together and will always help each other out if need be. Strong group feels like one big family.
Coming from a retail background, I wanted a complete change and found myself interested in the recruitment sector. I put myself out of my comfort zone and found that I was even more comfortable in my current position than I was before. I spent 4 years in retail from shop floor advisor to desk supervisor, then spending the last year running a garden centre. I also teach street dance on the side, and I’m part of a street dance crew who compete in competitions around the UK.
I enjoy the time I spend with the accounts team, we work as a team to get work done but we also have a laugh along the way. The people here are welcoming, kind and fun and it makes work more enjoyable.
