Project Manager (Ductwork) – Leicester

Location: Leicester
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 18 Months

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong ductwork background to oversee a long-term commercial project in Leicester.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of ductwork installation from start to completion.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and project programmes.
• Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
• Liaise with clients, site management, and other trades.
• Monitor health & safety compliance and project progress.
• Manage quality control, reporting, and project documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on commercial ductwork/HVAC projects.
• Strong background in ductwork installation and project delivery.
• SMSTS (Essential).
• CSCS Card (Essential).
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.

Rate & Benefits

• £280-£300 per day (CIS).
• 18-month contract.
• Weekly pay.
