Consultant to Divisional Director

My exciting journey at Strong Group has been challenging and rewarding. Starting out as a Junior Consultant to then becoming the Divisional Director of our Driving and Warehouse Department, is a huge growth within my career. With the great support system aiding us – our office is like a family and a very team-orientated environment. I now manage 4 consultants and am looking forward to continuing to grow with the business.

Jon joined us in July 2016 and started out as an associate consultant and had prior experience. Jon worked at a previous company where he was thoroughly successful. But he wanted to open his eyes to new experiences and became very stimulated about Strong Group growing, as well as wanting to develop his career further.

Jon said “I quickly saw the excitement to be part of a company that was growing & passionate about its work environment and staff. The development of myself & success of Strong Group has made me very proud of the Driving Division today.”

Starting out as associate consultant to team leader and then becoming the divisional manager of our driving and warehouse department, is a huge growth within his career. With the great support system aiding our staff – our office is like a family and a very team-orientated environment.  Jon now manages 4 consultants and is looking forward to continuing to grow with the business.
