This additional venture involves outfitting Google’s expansive UK headquarters in King’s Cross, with both projects slated to commence this year.
This extensive 300,000 sq ft fit-out initiative is destined for the recently constructed 20 Ropemaker Street office tower, a project undertaken by Skanska. The tower, a 25-storey stepped structure designed by architect Make to be BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ and WELL Building Standard Version 2 – Platinum.
Competing against Mace and Overbury for this prestigious fit-out endeavor, estimated to be valued at approximately £120m, ISG has emerged as the leading contender, according to an insider from The Enquirer.
