Overview
We are seeking an experienced Ductwork Supervisor to oversee ductwork and ventilation installation works on a major project based in Oxford. This is a long-term opportunity (1 year+) for a motivated individual with strong site leadership skills and a solid background in HVAC duct installation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site operatives, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to specification, while maintaining high quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate ductwork and ventilation installation teams on site
• Ensure all works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and programme requirements
• Monitor productivity and quality of installation works
• Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
• Liaise with project managers, main contractors, and other trades
• Identify and resolve site issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate site records and reports
• Support planning and sequencing of works to meet project deadline

Requirements

Essential:

• Valid CSCS Card
• Valid SSSTS Certificate
• Proven experience supervising ductwork / ventilation installations
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and duct installation practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of site health & safety requirements

Desirable:

• Willingness to travel into London occasionally (not essential)
• First Aid at Work qualification
• Experience working on large commercial projects
