I like work in general as I enjoy being kept busy and challenged however everybody at strong group is kind and friendly making me happy to come into work every day. I also love the team whom I work with because they make me enjoy work as well as give me a positive mindset throughout the day.

Although we all recruit different skill sets, we are one big team.

Receiving my first call from Nick (Director) I immediately connected with Strong Groups company goals and could see myself developing within the company. Strong Group is a good place to work as there are no limits to what you can earn and what you can do within your sector. We do not have to read from scripts, or speak with a specific tone, which allows us to gain relationships with clients and candidates with our own personalities.

Was working alongside Jay at Strong Group for a few months. I had a really bad experience with a previous agency and promised myself that I would never work alongside another agency again. I was introduced to Strong Group by a friend and since then I’ve never looked back! Jay brought back that confidence in me. I’ve been working for strong group alongside Jay for a long time and I had a great experience. He is a very easy-going person and always there for his employees. All my payments were always on time, Jay and strong group have been loyal and trustful to me on every deal or agreement that we had, if I ever had a problem with my company, I just had to give a call to Jay and the problem was sorted straight away. I cannot express how impressed I am with the team. I don’t like working for agencies due to bad rates and not so great jobs. However Strong Group have provided me with jobs for years now and they always have jobs for me, always keep me informed with texts when jobs are available. The team is great compared to the other companies, very good communication.
