Labourer / Duct Mate

Strong Group Recruitment are working on behalf of it’s client who are looking for 1 x Duct Mate / Labourer needed in Towcester, Northampton

This is a contract position for approximately 2 weeks

Start: November 20th 2025

Duct Mate / Labourer is needed to assist a duct fitter on site

• Help with installation works
• Handling / moving ductwork materials
• Supporting general site activities as required

Candidate Specification:

• Duct Mate / Labourer must have a valid CSCS
• Duct Mate / Labourer ideally drives as site is difficult to get to via public transport
• Duct Mate / Labourer must have own PPE

The hourly rate on offer for this role is £16.10PH – paid weekly
