The Role

We’re working with a well-established M&E contractor delivering commercial and industrial design & build projects, including high-profile work within the film and TV sector.

They’re looking to bring in an Electrical Project Manager to oversee projects from concept through to completion. This is a client-facing role managing programmes, budgets, and site teams across multiple projects.

You’ll be supported by senior leadership with clear progression and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects from concept to completion
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
• Prepare project plans, RAMS, and H&S documentation
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and forecasting
• Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Lead and support site teams and engineers
• Monitor progress and report to senior management
• Identify risks/issues and implement solutions
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

Requirements

• Strong background in commercial / industrial electrical projects
• Experience managing projects within M&E or building services
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, BoQs, and schematics
• Strong commercial awareness and cost control experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Full UK driving licence

Essential

• ECS Gold Card (18th Edition)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Desirable

• Experience with tender submissions / PQQs
• Background in electrical control systems
• Ambitious, career-driven mindset with willingness to learn
