One of the leading organisations in Electrical Safety Testing and Building Compliance is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join their team in Kent. The Electrical Supervisor will be primarily based in the office, with site visits required for client meetings, technical site surveys, estimation activities and engineer audits.

The Electrical Supervisor’s duties will consist of organising the engineering workforce, allocating labour to contracted works, negotiating supplier rates, creating schedules of works for larger projects, dealing with client requests, technical queries and quoting installation works.

Where required, the Electrical Supervisor’s mobile duties will consist of providing support on site, taking responsibility for efficiency and quality, ensuring we offer the best quality service to our clients. The role also comprises health & safety activities and on-site audits.

The successful candidate must –

• Be qualified to the 18^th Edition with at least C&G 2382 and 2391 (or equivalent).
• Be suitably experienced around Inspection & Testing requirements, Electrical Installation Condition Reports and other NICEIC accredited certification.
• Hold a valid UK driving licence.
• Be able to communicate well at all levels and represent the company in a professional manner.
• Have a keen eye for detail, especially where service delivery and the company’s financial interests are concerned.
• Be able to demonstrate good leadership skills and offer guidance and support to the engineering workforce.
