Electrician – Water Treatment Projects

Location: Leicestershire & Nottinghamshire
Start Date: Monday 9th November 2026
Duration: Until Christmas 2026, with potential further works in 2027
Working Hours: 07:30 – 16:30, Monday to Friday
Parking: Free on-site parking

Job Description

We are looking for experienced Electricians to work on LV electrical installations across various water treatment sites in Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire.

The works form part of an ongoing Severn Trent Water (STW) upgrade programme, with further projects expected to extend into Warwickshire in 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out LV electrical installations on water treatment sites.

• Install electrical containment, cabling and associated equipment.

• Work from electrical drawings and specifications.

• Ensure all installations meet site health and safety standards.

• Work alongside other trades to complete installation works.

Requirements

• Valid JIB Gold Card.

• Previous experience with commercial or industrial electrical installations.

• Experience working on water treatment sites would be advantageous.

• Own tools, PPE and transport.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information

• Multiple sites across Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire.

• Work available from 9th November until Christmas.

• Potential continuation of works into 2027, including Warwickshire.
