Role Summary

An established specialist contractor within the metal roofing and façade sector is looking to recruit an experienced Façade Estimator to join their growing pre-construction team.

The company delivers specialist roofing, rainscreen cladding, SFS and façade packages across a range of commercial projects throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed tenders for Tier 1 contractors and major construction clients
• Produce accurate take-offs and scope mark-ups using Bluebeam software
• Calculate labour, material and preliminary costs using estimating spreadsheets
• Populate bills of quantities and pricing schedules
• Review specifications, drawings and tender documentation
• Offer value engineering solutions where appropriate
• Attend client meetings and maintain strong client/supplier relationships
• Assist with handovers for secured projects

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Façade or Cladding Estimator
• Strong knowledge of multiple façade and rainscreen systems
• Experience working on commercial construction projects
• Good understanding of non-combustible cladding systems
• Proficient with Bluebeam, Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong communication and organisational skills
